Firemonkeys say update problem has been corrected 4/22/2016 but...

I play on kindle fire hdx version 8.9 and have done a clean reinstall of the game after Firemonkeys said they have fixed the recent update problem. Well, I don't know who they fixed it for but is still is not working on my Kindle and I'm extremely frustrated. They are refusing any help tickets on the matter at this point. This is just rude. If some are still having the same issue, it's not fixed. Don't just ignore people because you think you have it covered. You clearly don't.
