Firemonkeys Support

Is anyone at Firemonkeys actually reviewing and replying to the requests for help?

Every time I play Sims Freeplay, I seem to come across another issue that needs assistance but when I check for answers through the support link, all I ever find is multitudes of people asking the same questions but never getting any response.
  • As you may have seen there is currently a bigger delay to receive an answer from Firemonkeys support. You can try to ask your question on their board to have an answer from players.

    While I understand your frustration, I've been forced to remove content from your previous post. Please refrain from posting your conversations with FireMonkeys directly here especially as your interactions contains the names & details of these agents. Feel free to voice your frustration if need be or ask our players or heroes for help with your query.

    The reason I'm posting this time and again is cause for some reason your support team seems to be closing tickets without even giving us an intimation. Intimation ok fine not an issue. But when you show the Monkeys a recorded video I don't think they seem to hear you out. I don't even think they look at the screenshots or the video cause the next reply from them will be something on the basis of the below example.

    I have had the same thing happen multiple times.  I tried to isolate it to a specific issue(specific screen, or action, etc) as well as with a specific list of what I was doing at the time.  I submitted multiple tickets to the Support Process, and broke it down for each of the scenarios I could continue to replicate.  After opening three tickets, the supper team closed them down and would not answer because they said I had multiple tickets submitted revolved around "crashing".  I proved that each of the issues were created differently (as well as pointed out other issues), yet they were too dumb to know how to answer.  Not only did they close the tickets/issues I submitted, they didn't even attempt to answer.  I happen to work for a software company so my submissions were very precise and only involved facts that would help them figure out the bug, but Firemonkeys only seems to hire un-talented supper people.  I've also spend over $100 on the game to which they will not refund me any of the money or offer me game compensation.  Seems to be a really horrible team there.

  • I had quite quick support, and they updated their homepage for Sims Freeplay with a bit of info.

    I'm bitten by the "Can't add friends from facebook bug".

    I had a reply within 48hrs and their website has since been updated to report that they are aware of the issue and are currently working on it.

    I suppose it comes down to luck.
