Game Center Disappeared
After installing ios 10, the Game Center app disappeared. Can no longer access neighbors. Anyone else have this problem?

That is definitely strange that you don't have access to Facebook or the Party Boat...hopefully you will find an answer to that!
However, I do share the sound issue with you-- and I've tried just about everything yet it still persists. I'm currently waiting for the next iOS 10 update, but you can try restarting your device or saving your data to the cloud and redownloading the app to see if that works for you! Good luck!
