Game crashed phone

Question

Help! Since the last update I have not been able to stay in the game for more than 30 seconds. &nbsp;Then it shuts down. &nbsp;This morning instead of shutting down the whole screen turned striped with flashing lines of Pink Purple and Black. I can’t get out of the game and I can’t shut my phone off. &nbsp;The game seems to have crashed my phone!&nbsp;

It’s happening to many but you won’t get any answer from EA I hope they take note!
im on iPad but I swipe upwards to close it or just turn off completely ..it does work but constantly needs repeating sad to say it’s a random thing!! You won’t lose things but EA and their great ideas don’t seem to be thought through sadly :-(
