Please follow the steps below to report this issue to support:
- Go to submit a ticket after logging in: https://help.firemonkeys.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=46384
- Select the relevant issue such as "Crash when visiting Neighbour's town - Sim stuck"
- Complete the ticket, ensuring you include your player ID
- Await automatic response, and follow the instructions
- A Specialist will assist you
- Refrain from playing

@EA_Kristi The steps you are suggestIng are found on the firemonkeys Page and that's exactly what I did but my inquiry was completely ignored although I kept asking whether they needed further Info. I even asked that they just let me know if it's not possible to fix my game so that I would simply deinstall it - no answer at all. And now the Support page shut down - yeyi, it's the weekend in Australia,right? Very frustrating customer support! I'm working in PR - this is not a good corporate behaviour.

@SandraSimms85 Did you get an email reply after you submitted the ticket? After the automatic reply, I can take a few days for a Specialist to get back to you.
