Christmas quest issue

Hey fellow Simmers,  

Has anyone else been having trouble with the Christmas quest rewards? For the past few days, after completing the daily tasks, I haven’t received any of the prizes that are supposed to unlock.  

I’ve tried restarting my phone, reopening the game, and even deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to fix it.  

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    I read about this issue once. The items didn’t show up in the new items tab, but the player found them in the related sections in home store.  
    hope, you’ll find them there, too!

  • Yes I’m having the same problem ! I didn’t get my rewards for day 10 or 12 . Also checked the home store but the items aren’t there .

    Thankyou. I checked the home store and some of the items were there but then others weren’t. How weird! Thanks for your help

    I checked the home store and there were some there and others weren’t which is strange. Hope they fix the issue soon
