Garnier avert not rewarding quick complete

I've tried restarting my game a few times, but I keep getting the same broken Garnier advert that doesn't show antimer to know when to exit in order to quick complete an action, I've gone through all the actions in the advert, but still no reward.

I did submit a ticket via the old support system and it's taken me ages because I've had to wait to upload the video, it wouldn't upload, then speed the video 8x and reduce the quality so it would attach. Instead of sending an email after submitting through the old system, please block it off with a message to avoid such inconveniences. Now on here, I've had to speed it x16, for goodness sake, I've been at this for 40 minutes😠
