Graphical Glitch, Homely Heights; Commercial Court

I built the large lot on the Homely Heights Space in Commercial Court in sim springs. Half of the house is blacked out and I can’t edit a single thing. I can’t move furniture, add anything, or even move what is already placed there. 

I contacted over four customer service agents for over a week and they said they wouldn’t do anything to help. I’ve attached two photos of the glitch. I’ve restarted my phone, redownloaded the game, logged in and out, erased cookies and cache (all which they told me would fix the problem) and nothing changed.

    @b5700gubfsox I don’t complete the commercial court in sims spring right now so i can’t help you much. You do all the thing you can to fix the bug but i see that don’t help. But try to demolish the lot. I know it sad to send a big of money to fire but maybe that will work. If that isn’t work too, maybe your device have problem but if not. I think i can’t help you, good luck
