Hair Boutique Quest

I can't start the quest! I see the ad but when I go to the app nothing! It says I have 3 quests but I only have two. This happened to me three times now. I missed so many good stuff, please help!!

    If you completed the tutorial at  the be gaining of the game then that first task should not be there, also the task to get engaged is not a tutorial task but part of the quest love is in the air. If you have tried to complete the task and it still will not go away then I suspect it's a glitch. You can put in a request with support here so they can try and fix this.

    @martha4858 Thank you. I didn't understand at first because before I did finish the tutorial, and it just restarted but I decided to do it again, so I got the weekly quest now, and I just finished the hair quest. Thank you so much.

    I'm in level 7 but I can't complete Love is in air I don't know how because it told me to make a family but I don't know how to make a family

    The level is just when the quest becomes available. You still need to complete the three quests before this one. That includes the tutorial. Quests are done in the order they apear in your queue. Here is a link to help you. https://thegirlwhogames.wordpress.com/sims-freeplay/quests/

    I would also suggest you read through this fourm to see some of the issue other players have had and how to fix or avoid them.
