HELP! Restore my Sims freeplay game back to level 54

On July 23, 2015 my Sims Free Play game stopped on my Kindle Fire tablet......I was at level 54.....game cash at a minimum of $1,248,000.00......Life Points 248......Social Points a minimum of 300......

Same happens to me I been playing since 2013 on level 54 sims freeplay I have tried Everything nothing works I am so Frustrated  put a lot of time and money into this  Game very disappointing  I uninstall over and over hope it works still no Change now my level is 14 so Frustrated  please help me
