Help!!

I'm on the nanny quest and my current goal is to "Clean Up An Infants Mess" but there isn't any mess to clean up! My trash can is still up and I've waited but nothing is happening. Please help! I don't want to reset my game.

    Try kicking trash can over or feed baby.
