Send your sim to a neighbor's house, who has a dog, via the party boat. Then wait for the dog to dig for treasure. When you see the blue cloud over the dog tap on it.

So I've checked EVERY neighbors house 5 times for the past two days and I haven't seen ONE dog! EVER! Am I doing something wrong? I checked the task a million times too! Plz help

What if none of your neighbors have a dog

If none of your neighbours have a dog, you ask one or all of them if they could get one

If you cannot communicate with your neighbours, you need to find a new neighbour that have what you need

There is a big thread here for finding neighbours

There are several FB groups for FreePlay players, that you can join and ask for neighbours with specific items

If you do not have FB you need to connect through Game Center or Google Play
