Mystery Box Rewards In Influence Island

Hi EA and Sim community. I want to ask if the rewards at the end of obtaining the 500 coin rewards and the 720 rewards are not supposed to appear anymore. I've been waiting for it to be corrected for a while now, but it seems not to be happening. Or is it because I have completed all progression quests? I'd appreciate an answer to this.
