My names Sharlandria my sims Coco Bryson has been stuck all day since this morning. She stuck on the runway. I can't unstuck her. I tried and tried. Nothing working please help me. Thank you.

Unable to collect shards at sunset mall
I need to collect glass shards at the sunset mall to progress my development site but I can’t interact with the crosses there at all. So i’ve missed 24hrs of shard collecting.
