how many Sims are allowed at level 52?
Number of Sims keeps changing. I REACH LEVEL 48 AND THEN I GET MESSAGE THAT NEXT Sim will be unlocked at level 50. At level 50, it says level 52. Now at 52 it says level 54. I have 32 Sims. Is this correct?

The max number of sims is 34, but I don't remember when you get that. The highest level you can reach is 55. It does sound like you're having an issue if you can only have 32 sims and you're above level 50. I suggest you report this to the support team.
