Pumpkin, witch and skull heads for all but the infants, find it in the wardrobe once claimed (headwear)
and two decorations - glow in the dark ghost and pumpkin
I'm not seeing anything. The prompt said to claim from online store. And there's nothing in the wardrobe.
Did you update your game from App Store, Google play or Amazon?
The version should be 5.64.0
Did you tap the purple shopping cart and the specials tab?
You will not see anything in the wardrobe until you have claimed the pack
If you have updated the game and checked the purple shopping cart and the specials tab and can not see the pack

I personally can not sign in with chrome or safari, so you might need to try different browsers (I use Edge)
