how to do the check the mail quest?

I can't complete it by checking the mailbox and email. Plz help, thz!

    Hi @kandacelaw,

    You need to check the mailbox at one of your house. Simply click on the envelope when it appears.The next time you collect your Daily reward you will complete the goal.

    Let us know if you waited more than 24 hours and still haven't received your daily reward.

once a day you will get an envolpe over your mail box. When you do click on it. That is your daily reward.
