I can’t have more than one car

Hello, I have The Sims Freeplay on my Ipad and I’ve just realized than even after unlocking the car lots I cannot make a sim have more than one car.

I completed the car mission and I can move my car wherever I want to but when I go to purchase another car, it just makes me replace the one that I already have.

Please help? How do I fix it

one sim can not have more than one car
if you have a Driveway home and have unlocked more than one parking spot, you need another adult living in that home to add a new car
If 4 adults live in a Driveway house, you can have 4 cars (if you pay to unlock the other car spaces)
If only one adult sim live in the house, you can only have one car
