I can't build the hospital

This is a Known issue. Please see the following instructions on how to contact the support team:

Some players may offered a notification to build the Hospital before completing the SimTown Express Quest to access the map correctly. This may prevent you from being able to build anything, including the Train Station to access Downtown again.

• Please upload your save to the Cloud and read the original articlehere so that we may assist you
• Ensure you include your Player ID so that we can locate your save

Please note that uploading to the Cloud in itself will not fix the issue. Please kindly wait for us to fix your game and provide you with assistance.
