I didn't get quest in Sims Free Play
I was supposed to get the "A Quest for Toddlers "quest in Sims Free Play at level 12. I'm now at level 22 and I never got the quest.

The level is when the quest become available not when you actually get it. You have to do the quests in the order they become active and one at a time. When you have completed all the quest that come before this quest then it will become the active quest. You cannot skip quest or change the order they appear. To see the quests that are before this one just open your quest queue.
