Oh, that’s unfortunate.
Did you try some troubleshooting already? Like force closing the game and soft resetting the device? If the little one still doesn’t leave, you’ll need help from Online Support: In your game tap the three dots at the bottom right ->Info -> Online Support and then the square talk bubble on the upper right.
