Is okay I have deleted my game. I downloaded again and i began from scratch. The only thing is that I know I will loose all my progress the the exclusive items that came with each quest. For example, easter, christmas, and other items like the hair, vanity and others. Is sad, but is okay. Now until I get up on my feet with this game again, it will take me quite a bit of time.

Didn't you have a saved game in the cloud? When I suggest you delete your game as I said in my post only if you have a game saved in the cloud from before the hack. And did you contact support like @EA_Kristi suggested?

If you continue with your new game, don't worry about the items you lost for events like Christmas or Easter. They will come around again. I would advise that as you complete each quest again you refer to this site which has a lot of information on all the quests.
