I have purchased a Piggy Bank of Simoleons and Box of Life Points Bundle and paid twice $12,11 and $12,13 and I do not have my life points or my simoleons. You charged me for this and I do not have the stuff on my account. I want to reverse or cancell that, or PLEASE what can I do to have the thing I have paid for in my account. Please help me with this ASAP, this happend yesterday!
