I just Purchased a 13 VIP teen wardrobe (I don’t see it)

Ive just purchased and unlocked VIP 13 (from a 10 VIP) Teen wardrobe an leather jacket with other benefits so I don’t see those selected items placed in my Sims Freeplay Account, so is this supposed ...

According to your screenshots images 0120 and 119, the pack you bought included 40 + 1 Life Points, and you got 30 VIP points.

 I understand your disappointment, but unfortunately you cannot purchase those clothes. They will be unlocked when you reach VIP level 13 (7,000 points) , and you need way more points to get there  from VIP 10 (at least 2000 points).
