@AnidaK you can add many more Sims depending on what content you own and how many worlds you have. You can fill all the lots in each world yourself. There is a recommended limit of 150 Sims in your Households on Xbox but I don't know if playstation and PC recommendations are different. But you can use Manage Households to move some of your Households over to Other Households to make room. I like to clear out some random Sims from Other Households to add more of my own.

One thing I usually do is to create a large family or group of friends in Create a Sim, since you can create up to 8 Sims at a time. I then use Manage Households to split them into different households. I design a house for each household. Sometimes I add a partner for a Sim with their own family too, to create in laws.

So you can fill your Sim worlds with Sims who are family or friends.
