In-app purchases missing

so i bought an add on to sims fp, it was the one a few weeks ago with all the pet clothes. i got it even though i hadn't built the pet salon. i thought this would be fine because i recieved the maternity clothes even though im still yet to buy the baby store. none of the pet clothes are in the salon ☹️ ive tried restoring purchases and it didnt work. is there ANY way i can recieve what i paid for or have i list £10 for nothing. thank you! (i cant upload a picture of the receipt because it just says "apple.com/bill" which proves nothing haha. anything i can do about this also..?)
