All hands monument glitch

Question

Hey EA! can we please get an update if you guys are aware of the errors since updating the game and are going to let us know if you are going to fix them or are working on them. I’ve used money on this app since 2013, and with all these problems I think I might end my saga to dedicating some of my time to look after my sims. The all hands monument glitch is stoping us from building other buildings and hindering us leveling up. Please can we be told if this is going to be fixed because many of us can’t move on or up in levels without it&nbsp;

Is anybody else having this problem where they can’t build any other developments because of this All Hands Monument issue? Like what can we do omg&nbsp;

I have the same problem,I am meant to build two residence (22/24)&nbsp; of which I did, and then it keeps resetting back to (22/24) instead of (24/24)

It seems the update has caused a lot of issues, it’s so annoying because there’s only so much you’re limited to do!&nbsp;

I contacted online support through the game and I was told to delete and reinstall the game. Haven’t tried this because that last time I was told to do that it reverted to an earlier period in the game since &nbsp;I’m very wary has anyone tried this and did it work&nbsp;
