Issues with Snow Problem Quest

I'm working on the Snow Problem Quest and the first task is to find the Christmas Tree. I've looked in the decorations and the plants tab and yet I still can't find it. It said there should be a feat...

No featured tab for snow problem quest, cannot even do first step of it
