I've purchased a designer pack but didn't recieved it. Plese let me know how to do to get it. I've tried to purchased another pack, it's worked!

Sometimes content could take up to 24h to appear in your account. If after waiting that time it still isn't showing in game, please, close all your apps, including the game, and then reboot your device.
