Jack Frost/Frozen Quest

Question

I was doing the "Jack Frost/Frozen quest" and am 98% done.

But when I try to do the "Hug the queen goodbye" quest, I couldn't do it because the queen is standing at the spot where nobody can reach her.

Can you fix it for me, please? I wanna get that Gingerbread house.

Try sending your sims home and have them do a short task such as planting peppers, then restart your game. If this doesn't work I suggest you contact support.&nbsp;https://help.firemonkeys.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=46384
