I want to level up from level 56 to level 57.
Two of the three requirements I fulfilled.
But the third one I have no idea how to do this.
I have 3 Sims who just got level 5 in their job.
But this does not work for leveling up.
Can you please help me?

In order to fulfill this assignment it looks to me as if you're being asked to complete a career from start to finish.
This would mean (to me) that any Sim's progress in their career prior to this level would not count toward your goal.
The only thing I've seen carry over is XP.
I would have a Sim quit their job (you would lose pay), and either go back to that job as a new hire or have them change careers completely and go through the entire process of leveling up in their career.
If you have already done this, please contact support as @minicha-em has recommended.

there is something new in Sims FreePlay.: leveling up above level 55.
To go from 56 to 57 you have to fulfill three things.
Two I managed, but the third one does not work.
I have several new Sims, and three of them started a career and got to the max (5).
But it does not show I finished the mission.
Can you please explain me why?

I can not even identify what language it is so I can not use a translation app
As I do not know what the screens say, I can not understand what it wants you to do and if/how it is not working properly

Sorry for the delay in returning to this thread, but as you did not tag me, I did not receive notification that you were still needing help.
I'm hoping you've already figured this out and have leveled up to 57.
I can see that your Spa Manager has reached 10, but it's likely she was at this level prior to this assignment, so you will not get credit for this.
The other three you have pictured: One Scientist and two Athletes - these are not considered careers, but more like regular jobs, so getting them to 5 is not going to help you in attaining your goal.
My advice would to be have one of those three quit their job and begin a career as a Stylist at the Spa, or have any Sim replace the Spa Manager and work their way up to a 10. As @minicha-em stated: There are more careers available at the Police Station, Hospital, and the Movie Studio if you would prefer.

One of the requirements for me to level up is to complete a career. I completed a firefighting career, a real estate career and the police career as well as the police station and still I havent leveled up. Please help
is your police level 10?

if not, you have not completed a career
you can do this with the movie studio, spa and hospital too
get a sim to level 10
