Life Dreams Racing Speed

I cannot find the slot car on Sims Freeplay for sim to find the optimal Racing Speed to complete a life dream.  What is it that I need to buy to use for this?  Or where do I need to go??  Any help is...

You should be able to find the slot car in the toddler section.
