Linking my EA account

Every time I try to link my EA account to the Sims Freeplay, it says my birthday is not matching. I had to reset my entire game to put in my correct birthday, and it still says it doesn't match. Can ...

Hello kndancer2003​,

can you please check that your birthday is correct for your EA account? So not just the Sims Freeplay account - if you'd already checked that one, and you still get the message that it's not matching, then you might've entered your birthday incorrectly for your actual EA account.
