Lost month or more of work and some money. Please help me get it back

It's a bunch of crud. I have worked and saved with cloud and then save when logging out and I had to reinstall again and it put me back a month or so. That was long work going through tasks and paying for few things and its all gone. Will you help me get it all back. You don't  gonthrough alot of tasks and some money to do that much over! So unfair. I should get help to get back to where I was 2 hrs ago. I had toddler finger painting an infant completing a task. Working on elderly task and buildings built. All teens grown and a toddler to preteen and now I'm back to teens that have been grown awhile now and many tasks to do. Paid for 3 adoptions.
