Payment issue

I've tried to pay in the Sims Freeplay to get lifestyle points but it declined many times and wrote a totally different amount of money in the Raiffaisen app (what i hope I did not have on my card). I've already contacted Raiffaisen, and they told me that I should contact EA. Can I delete those declined payments or do something to make it work?
