Lost objects sims freeplay
Hi. I posted this in an old thread, apologies but I'm so upset that after playing for 11 years I just had my first problem with the game and support. My game started crashing so I uninstalled. And yes I always saved to cloud before quitting. When I reinstalled a lot of my won items were missing including my items won in Simdex and a couple of houses. Now theres a new Simdex with differant prizes . Im level 55 and basically completed everything awhile back but this says I havent, yet before I uninstalled and they.made Simdex available I was immediately awarded prizes. Whats strange is when I went to upload my cloud save it said it was from an android and was unavailable. I play on a Kindle Fire 7th gen, I also had a backup game on my iphone at the time. All I want is my items back, Im not a child Im 67 but this game was such a source of fun and pleasure to me. Ive enclosed the items Im missing
