I am sorry you lost progress but as just another player there is not much I can do, there are no advice I can give you as it might make things worse

As you said, you are not a child, please edit your photo to crop out personal information or remove it

I personally can not sign in with chrome or safari, so you might need to try different browsers (I use Edge)
Or contact support via FB or Twitter, links are at the bottom of the page
You can share the photo in its entirety with support as only support and EA/Firemonkeys can access it (not every and all with access to the internet and a web browser)
