Marrying in Sims Freeplay (SFP)

Hello,
The marriage option seems to have disappeared. My (adult) Sims are stuck at the 'serious date' level, and don't progress from there. I'm level 45, and have been able to marry other Sim couples before. Is this a bug?

I think I've figured it out. My Sims were dating as teens, then I didn't play for a long time. As adults, they got stuck in the teen relationship status. I just had them break up and get romantic again, and now the normal adult Sim options are showing.
Thanks very much for your time 🙂

Thanks for replying! No, there's no Engagement option either. They're in the Serious Date status, and the only social interactions are the standard ones, like Be Funny, Be Nice, Complain, etc. There's nothing to take it to the next level. It's as if they're stuck at the teen life stage, but they're definitely both adults.

I'm not sure. I just assumed that since I'm level 45 and have already married other Sims, that I had done the necessary quests. I don't see that one in my list of quests, though?

If you have married other sims you either did the quest or were grandfathered in when they launched the quest. I suggest you contact support through the game help tab and see if they can fix this.
