Maternity store issues

Help me please ! I have the quest but I can't build the maternity store. It says that I have to build it but when I try to they say I have to complete the two and a half sims queest. I don't know wha...

    @TaraChitra 

    The quest tells you to build the CHILDREN'S STORE not the Maternity Store - your pictures clearly say so

    Why are you trying to build the Maternity Store when you know that it is not the same building as the CHILDREN'S STORE?

    Try building the one I showed you on the picture in a previous answer
