Missing LifeStyle points

Question

I spent $12.99 on 100 Lifestyle points. I gave been billed but I did not receive one LP. I also went through and downloaded aps and viewed offers for free Lifestyle points but have not been rewarded with any. I find it very disheartening and I am very angry that EA has in a sense stolen my money and not fulfilled promises.

I have the same problem. I bought a bucket of life points for £3.99 via the windows phone store. I've also been billed but not received any life points in the game. How does this get fixed?

We just had the same problem.&nbsp; There is no way to get in touch with anybody to fix this, get a refund or what. I tried leaving EA a message through their website but I can't seem to get to a point where I can leave them a message or get a live person.&nbsp;I called my credit card company and disputed the charges so they removed them from my credit card.&nbsp; I recommend anyone else doing the same.

I am having the same problem, through the free LP. You download and run an app and you're supposed to get free LP. I've tried multiple times and still have not received the LP. And trying to get a hold of someone is just impossible. Please let me know if someone figures this out!
