My game disappeared from my phone

Hello, my game mysteriously disappeared from my phone just a few hours ago for seemingly no good reason (my phone is having issues though) and when I go to the play store, it shows that it's not downloaded on my phone. I'm also currently having trouble downloading any updates to my phone, so it will just not reinstall the game. My game was linked to my facebook account. Is it enough for me to retrieve my game when my downloading issue is finally fixed?

Also, any suggestions as to what I should do?
