Hi DeeCeeWis, I only brought up the UA to explain that going to the online better business bureau for thinking the developer is accessing your game is a fruitless task. There are a few different ways your sims can become inspired on their own. 1. Was not playing a few days. (I know you’ve stated you play everyday so that’s out) 2. Updating your game inspires all of your sims. Honestly, I don’t think anyone is accessing your game. If EA/Firemonkeys is, they are well within their right to do so. But are they?
Good luck hope you get it sorted!
- Anonymous8 years agoThis is happening outside of updates and if EA is accessing my game - I'd like to know why - surely the UA doesn't forbid questions - or does it? I'm done replying here but before I go, I have to disagree with you again; it is not fruitless to file a complaint. EA gets sooooooooooo many, I can't imagine anyone there thinks it's a good idea to get more - especially for something that is happening with no real business reason to do so. Good night.

DeeCeeWis, The UA doesn’t restrict asking questions. The BBB isn’t going to respond to a complaint about a developer doing something they are legally allowed to do. That is even if they are accessing your game, which I don’t think is happening. Sorry I can’t be of more help. Maybe get better documentation and put in another ticket for Support at Firemonkeys? Hope ya get it sorted! Good luck!
