Refund and Delivered Items Issue in The Sims FreePlay

I requested a refund from Apple because the purchased items did not appear in The Sims FreePlay at first. However, the items were delivered later. Apple shows the purchase as refunded.Could you please confirm if it is okay to keep and use these items?

ザ・シムズ フリープレイで課金したアイテムが最初は反映されなかったため、Appleに返金申請を行いました。しかしその後、アイテムが配布されました。Appleでは返金済みと表示されています。このアイテムを使用しても問題ないか、ご確認いただけますか？
