My puppy is missing

Thank you. Each time, and it has been a number of times, I go into support, I get no reply. I can't work out what my google acc is as I usually use Safari. 

why doesn't EA just fix the problem. On other occasions they have been able to adjust and solve the issue themselves. I can't understand it as I believe lots of players have the same issue.

When you go into the form you will see a ? On the right side of each blank. For the Google one tap on the ? And you will see a link. Tap on that link and then copy the url of the page it takes you to, which is the login page for Google. You don't need to login or get an account. The link for the login page should work.

once you put your ticket in you will get an email from Fire Monkeys with a ticket number and a link. The link is where you can request status updates on your issue. Make sure to use your ticket number when you do ask for updates.
