My sims are stuck in level 7 nurse and an filmaker

working ONE shift will not give you enough XP to level up, I do not know haw many shifts it takes but I guess 5-12

There are TWO parts to gain professional levles, XP and Badges. You have the badges but not the XP.  Both need to be fullfilled
