Nanny knows best quest: couldn't find the option

Hi, I'm playing The Sims Free Play on my iPhone and I'm trying to clear the" Nanny knows best quest". However, when I touched the high hair, I couldn't find the option "Play with Food". How should I do to finish this quest? Please give me a hand. Thank you.

    With the baby slected try clicking on the baby. It's been awhile sinceI've done this so I'm not entirely sure this is correct.

    In order to have your baby play with their food, first have an adult SIM place the baby in the high chair and then click on the high chair with the baby sitting in it. The play with food option will then pop up.

    I've put the baby in the high chair and touched the chair and nothing happens.

    Make sure the baby is the sim that is slected, i.e., has the plumbbob over his head. If you need to assign the other sims in the house some tasks.
