Have you tried to find her through the sims tracker?
look in the tracker and you should see her.
if yes, click on her and it will bring you to her
if no, do this
open the menu and save your game to the cloud
close the game and make sure to unload it from the memory
restart the game -- you should see the EA logo for a while
now try using the tracker again
Unfortunately this does not help.. ☹️ Will it help if I say I am playing Windows Phone version?
