I need help. I have earned Sims that are missing and I need this issue fixed. They’re missing from VIP 7 to 14, the new tumbleweed town, and the progress meter. PLEASE FIX! I should have at least 55 ...

I would also like to add that (as far as I know), the current maximum number of Sims is 44 - That would be at Level 60, VIP 15, and Sim Springs Happiness Level at Sim-sational.
You have been able to purchase extra sims from the store
Not sure if there is/was a limit on how many you could purchase, never did it myself
This pic shows the price was lowered from about 42USD to about 35USD (at current exchange rate), still pricey
