Neighbors wood working table

I am supposed to use my neighbors wood working table. Can't find it. Googled were to find it and found out the answer is that it's in the competition center but i can't find it! Do I have the wrong in...

    It's not the competition but the community center where you can find the woodworking bench. It's at the very top of the map in the left corner.
