Never got "love is in the air quest"
I am on level 12 & I never got the "love is in the air quest from level 7. Is there a way to enable it so that I can complete it?

The level is just when it become available in your queue. You have to complete the bread winner and the money grows on trees quests before the love is in the air quest will become an an active quest.

Thank you, so if I never completed those quests how do I go back & do them? They are not in my "active tasks" list. What is the current quest showing?
im on level 8
the quests i have are the secret winter wonderland, gallery francais live event, bread winner, weekly tasks, and social tasks
oh i see what i have to do
